  If there's an option for negative stars I would definitely do -5!! This office is absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with in Westmoreland County. Not only are they rude and uncaring, they are also 100% unfair. Because I was going through a rough time and had to temporarily place 2 of my children with their grandmother, I am automatically seen as a trouble maker/terrible mother. I did what was best for my children when I was unable to fully provide for them. Any real MOTHER would have done the same. Now their grandmothers husband makes roughly $4,000 per month, but because its not HER income and she doesn't work, she receives welfare assistance. For someone who needs it I see no issue, but she certainly doesn't. Yet they continue to enforce my child support payments and for the last year I have not been allowed to see key children. However domestics says I still have to pay because in not paying their grandmother, im actually paying welfare back for what they give her... Complete and utter bullcrap and unfair treatment. This place needs some serious reassessments!!

  I am being very generous even giving one star ...for 5 months I have tried multiple times to contact our case worker and so has Indiana Co. Domestic Relations . We would first off like to know why this office DOES NOT FOLLOW THE STATE RULES AND GUIDELINES. ON CHILD SUPPORT??? What is the purpose of having them if they don't follow the rules and laws? My case got transferred to this office because Indiana Co. was trying to suspend my ex's drivers license because of no payment or has been behind for over a year plus does not have a legal job. He works under the table? So Indiana Co. found out they couldn't because it was expired since March 11 and Ind. Co. had to transfer the case because he lives in Westmoreland Co.It was expired till June 25 well during it being transferred to Westmoreland he went and got it renewed before June 27 before the judge signed the transfer so she didn't pay attention that he went and got it illegally because #1 STATE law states any one that lets a drivers lic. go expired past 3 months must take your drivers lic. test over again. So right off the bat Westmoreland doesn't even follow the Domestic Relations Rules or Laws of the state under Transportation. & #2 me or the code officer from Ind. Co. cant get Becky Garris. Who is in charge of this case to return any of our calls. Or answer any questions. I keep leaving a message and it says the same message " that I'm unable to come to the phone but I will get back to you within 3 days" as of to date it has not happened. And then Me & Indiana would like to know what the orders mean cause even the code enforcement officer has never heard of the reasons . And I'm suppose to get written notifications of all legal decisions and to date still have not gotten any. And you can't get the information off the state websites cause when you look your case up it clearly states contact your case manager. ....who again NEVER ANSWERS ME OR RETURNS MY PHONE CALLS. NOW FOR WEEKS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET INFORMATION ON MY SPOUSAL SUPPORT BECAUSE OF STATE LAW I HAVE TO FILE TAXES...AND GUESS WHAT I CAN'T FILE UNTIL SHE GIVES ME MY BREAK DOWN AND A WRITTEN REPORT TO TAKE TO THE TAX PREPARER. CAN ANY ONE IN THIS OFFICE TELL ME WHAT TO DO OR WHO IS IN CHARGE SO I CAN DO MY LEGAL OBLIGATIONS. AND AGAIN I LOVE THAT THIS OFFICE IS SUPPOST TO PIT THE WELFARE AND CARE OF CHILDREN FIRST YET THEY COULD CARE LESS IF A CHILD GOES WITHOUT..

  Horrible department. They lost my support payment 2 times than have the nerve to summons me for court. I'm getting a attorny and suing them for false imprisonment and false arrest. A court hearing is considered imprisonment and a summons is considered arrest. I think its sexisam to be honest.
